The 4mm mat is made of natural rubber and topped with a spongy PU layer.

The top layer provides ultimate grip and support. The natural rubber base offers an anti-bunch / anti-slip base to the mat.

Absolutely Fantastic Exercise Mat!

I am so thrilled with my downward dog black rubber mat. The quality is fantastic and was perfect for my workouts. It is thick enough that I have support when I am doing exercises and is completely non-slip. Also delighted it is made from sustainable materials as well. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Absolutely hands down the best quality mat

I am soooo impressed with the down dog mat I purchased. I bough the black mat and just love it. The quality is second to none. It’s made from recycled materials so environmentally friendly which is just so amazing. There is great weight in the mat too so it does not budge when you’re moving about. So easy to clean and roll up to store when you’re done. An amazing mat ! I will certainly be buying some as gifts !

Love it - would definitely recommend!!

I love my mat!! The one thing I wanted was a mat that didn’t budge when I move on it and I’m so so happy to say that it doesn’t at all - I’ve used it on wooden floors and laid it on carpet and it sticks and stays 🙏🏻
Such nice packaging and a hand written thank you makes it so personal - so happy to support small Irish business too ☘️

Exceeded My Expectations 10000/10

Super fab mat! It doesn't bunch up at all and is totally non-slip (I've put this mat to the test)! Plus it's super soft and supportive, it's the best mat I've ever had or used. The packaging is SOO cute with stickers, wrapping, and a hand written note, and it's always nice to support Irish. The seller was super helpful too with any questions I had before buying! I wasn't sure whether to get 4mm or 3mm, but I think this thickness is great especially for lockdown home workouts!
Shipping was super fast as well! I got the matching orange carrying strap shown in the pictures and it looks so good, you can tell everything is very well made and will last years.
After vigorous testing, final verdict is that I would definitely recommend this mat, absolutely 10,000/10!!!
