Shipping, Returns and Warranty
We now ship within Ireland and the United Kingdom and the majority of countries in Europe. If you do not see your shipping zone or have any shipping queries please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
If you have any issues with your mat or accessories please do not hesitate to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number, name along with the query.
If you change your mind you have up to 14 days to return / exchange your item. We have no problem accepting returns as long as you can provide your proof of purchase, we only accept items that have not been used, damaged and not in the original condition/ packaging.
Finally, please kindly note that we cannot return the cost of shipping.
Used, damaged or washed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item is returned with damaged or missing packaging there will be a charge for the cost to us taken from your refund. Please note kindly that upon receipt of returned goods Downward Dog Club reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

We are unable to refund initial shipping fees and do not cover the return shipping costs. Refunds can only be returned to original payment method. These Terms and Conditions wholly respect your consumers rights.
Warranty and Guarantee
Because of the eco-friendly materials we use, you may experience a little wear and tear on the Downward Dog mat after a long period of use. This can be prolonged / prevented if you follow our cleaning and care guidelines. At Downward Dog we know how much happiness and endorphins our mat can provide, so make sure you keep this in mind and be kind to your mat.
We value our customers and are proud of our product, so if you do experience any issues with any item purchased from us please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our very best to resolve your issue.
Please note for our coloured natural rubber & PU mat (Blue Natural Rubber mat): Please refrain from your mat coming into contact with any oil-based substances, lotions, greasy hands, detergents or from being submerged in water. This may result in your mat being permanently stained or damaged.
